Shawn Helwig is the Managing Partner of Total View Analytics where he helps clients craft and implement data strategies. To help clients build their data strategy, Mr. Helwig has developed a proprietary method called Analytics TO WIN®. This 4-Step method includes a series of assessments and templates that engage key functions in the business, helps to identify strategic objectives, identifies impactful data-related projects and then aligns and prioritizes those projects into a succinct data strategy that is easy to understand and more easily implemented.
Over the past 30 years, he has worked with more than 300 organizations to help them utilize technology and data to be more successful. His skills and expertise include executive facilitation to identify strategic objectives, enterprise data architecture design, scoping and leading data management and analytics projects, assessing and improving analytics user adoption, data governance strategy development and implementations, technology assessments, and data visualization best practices.
